LHV-1000, LHV-1000D and LHVS-1000 are professional digital micro Vickers hardness testers manufactured by Chongqing Leeb Instrument, designed for accurate, repeatable hardness testing on micro, thin, and surface‑treated components. Widely used in heat treatment, mold making, electronics, aerospace, automotive, and laboratory quality control.
All three models support eight selectable test forces from 10gf to 1000gf, covering a measuring range of 8–2900HV, suitable for metals, ceramics, glass, and various surface layers. They feature a high‑resolution optical system with 100× for observation and 400× for measurement, ensuring precise indentation reading with a minimum division of 0.03125μm.
LHV-1000 is the cost‑effective manual turret version, easy to operate for daily routine testing. LHV-1000D upgrades to a motorized automatic turret, enabling one‑key switching between indenter and objective to improve efficiency. LHVS-1000 is the top model with a 7‑inch touch screen and fully automatic test cycle (loading, dwell, unloading), ideal for high‑volume and research applications.
All testers provide multi‑hardness scale conversion, data storage, printing, and RS‑232/USB communication for PC connection and report generation. With compact structure, stable performance, and strict compliance with ISO/ASTM standards, LHV‑1000 series are your reliable choice for micro hardness inspection.
