The UEE810 is a portable ultrasonic quenching layer depth detector developed by Chongqing Leeb Instrument, adopting advanced high-frequency ultrasonic backscatter technology for non-destructive, fast and accurate measurement of surface hardening layer depth.
It is mainly used to test medium/high frequency induction quenching layers, carburized layers, nitrided layers, as well as welding seam thickness and bonding interface depth. Widely applied in automotive, wind power, bearing, metallurgy, heat treatment, machinery manufacturing, aerospace and military industries.
